Last week we caught a Mercedes-AMG GT R with camouflage and a crazy hood with huge holes in it. Today there is another sight – this time at the Nürburgring – and brought some friends in hooded girlfriends. As far as we can tell, this is the upcoming GT R Black Series, but it is unclear whether these wild aero tweaks can produce it.
What about the huge biplane spoiler on Decklid? It's not like the previous Black Series prototypes we've seen. Therefore, the dashboard also includes a variety of adjustable fins that we have not seen before. An interesting addition to this prototype is the louvered vents in the front fenders and it appears to come directly from the AMG GT R Pro. As for the background, let's just say highly I doubt that this is a special fascia of production, because janky he didn't even begin to describe what we saw there.
Does Mercedes test different aero packages for the Black Series? It's certainly a possibility, but it's hard to say one way or another when there are so few landscapes under our belt so far. In both cases, we know that the Black Series rebirth should be seriously serious as rumors tell us that this GT R will pack on 700 horsepower. Apparently, the people from Affalterbach have the best vision of seeing the Porsche 911 GT2 RS from a vehicle that can hit Green Hell in just 6 minutes and 40 seconds. This is considered to be a modified variable, but one doesn't just spend so fast time with such great force. It certainly helps, and we suspected that the AMG's 4.0-liter dual-turbo V8 can produce more than 700 ponies. However, the aero wizard should allow Merc & # 39; s front engine to better adhere to the challenging high-speed corners of the Nordschleife.
We'll have to wait a while to find out how fast Mental Merc can go. It has to happen in 2020 for the first time.
