Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security, the Police Research Agency prosecuted a suspect and imposed a ban on leaving five people, including Nguyen Huu Tin (61, former vice president of the HCMC People's Committee). ); Mr. Dao Anh Kiet (61 years old, former director of Natural Resources and Environment, Ho Chi Minh City); Mr. Le Van Thanh (56 years old, Deputy Director General of the HCMC People's Committee Office); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong (44 years old, Head of Urban Office, HCMC People's Committee Office) and Truong Van Ut (Ho Chi Min City Natural Resources and Environment Department Deputy Director of Land Management Department).

On the same day, 10-11, the Police Investigation Department ordered the investigation of the defendant's whereabouts. Decisions and decisions were approved by the Supreme People's Prosecutor.
Following the decision of the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office to ratify the above-mentioned procedural decisions, the investigative police of the Ministry of Public Security initiated legal proceedings and complied with the provisions of the law.
Currently, the Ministry of Public Security, the Police Research Agency, Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the relevant institutions of the General Assembly clarifies all the violations of the persons concerned and investigates and extends the case.
