The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Dubai Cultural Director Hala Badri, reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and creativity in our society.
In his statement on the occasion of the International Day of Creativity and Innovation, coinciding with tomorrow, he realized that the UAE is an incubator for innovation and creativity and that these are a must. Intelligent leadership, innovation and creativity in the UAE are the foundation of achieving a prosperous and sustainable future, and that it is the best way to move into the future, which is to ensure the continuity of comprehensive development in the country, and to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister, and God bless him trying to secure a more prosperous future for future generations. The UAE’s position as the best country in the world and a global economic player, thanks to its trust in national and global creative energies and talents, as well as its economy based on innovation and creativity.
He continued: “Dubai implements innovation and creativity in society through an attractive and creative environment that provides creative and talented people contributing to promoting the process of sustainable development and progress, enabling creative and talented people to start their innovation in all areas. Creative economy as a supporter of other economic sectors in the emirate. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum recently launched the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy to transform the emirate into a preferred destination and capital of creativity for innovators from around the world. To realize the vision of the economy and the emirate of a future economy based on knowledge and innovation by 2025.
