Bettina Johansson, the Regional Director for the Union, is calling on the next government to speak with the social partners about the job security law rather than through laws.

While automation is changing the labor market, we are facing a cyclical regression when it brings completely new demands on conversion possibilities. The next government should crush the paralysis of the action and implement comprehensive reforms to strengthen the competitiveness of workers and Sweden.

The Union is the largest union in Sweden. We organize 650,000 officers in the private sector, many of them operating in the forefront of technological development and in a global sphere.

It is very important for us to understand how the external world affects the conditions of companies and what is in the cards in the future. For the good development of the Swedish economy, it is important to address the problems that hinder economic development and increase the risk of stagnation. The Swedish party model is the main guarantor of stability and growth.

Through responsible parties, employers and employees have laid the foundations of the social structure that has made Sweden a leading country of knowledge for decades. The Union will take responsibility for meeting development, but politicians must also take a role.

The Union has identified a series of actions that the next government must do immediately.

• Facilitate access to the labor market. While unemployment among workers at work is at the bottom, foreigners have huge challenges: Fackers and employers have a long history of strengthening the competitiveness of Sweden through negotiations. Job creation is an example that will facilitate the arrival of newcomers and long-term unemployed people in the labor market under shady conditions.

• Ensuring the provision of skills. Nearly half of the country's private authorities need more training than their employers, but barriers are many. There should be more room for training in colleges / universities adapted to the requirements and needs of professional workers. The university also needs resources to carry out the validity of professional qualifications and the student system must be renewed.

• Make the transition easier. Tour rules are often accused of leading to a rigid labor market where competence is not important. This is a myth. Through collective agreements, companies have good opportunities to maintain the necessary skills when they are pulled down. However, it is based on the fact that the rules of chaos are a basis for negotiation.

The amendment of legislation by legislation would greatly change the rules of the Swedish labor market and put many of the risks at risk of success. Instead, the next government should discuss and discuss how best to cooperate with the labor for the future.

In good times, we need to plan and talk much worse because we don't get anything better than that. And the next government's intention to strengthen Sweden for the labor market of tomorrow.
