The volume of housing loans at the end of September reached 26.5 billion euros. The annual loan volume increased by € 2.5 billion and increased by € 161 million on a monthly basis. This is the current data of the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS).
At the end of nine months with construction savings loans, construction savings loans amounted to EUR 2.38 billion. Since the beginning of the year, the Slovak organizer has adjusted the reporting of credit data.
This is because mortgage banking has changed legally and there have been changes in reporting since the beginning of this year. So, there are no new times for sub-categories of housing loans.
In terms of the share of individual banks in housing loans, the biggest share of Slovenská sporite is 27.73 percent. The third place with 20.38 percent share by VUB, Tatra bank has a share of 14.3 percent.
The largest building savings bank was the biggest contributor to creating savings loans. 82.75 percent represented. This was followed by other companies operating in Slovakia, namely Wüstenrot Building Savings Bank and OBSOB Building Savings Bank.
