SEAT gives new impetus to its urban models SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Arona.
As an iconic model, the SEAT Ibiza is the cornerstone of the brand’s success. Since the introduction of the first generation in 1984, the small hatchback has proven itself as the most successful model to come off the SEAT production line. And the revamped version has the ambition to maintain this winning mindset.
SEAT Arona joined the Spanish brand’s model program less than four years ago as a sister model. This city SUV has a more rugged exterior and off-road capability, but is the city’s most powerful thanks to its compact dimensions.
“The facelift and technical upgrade have added new stands to both models and expanded the rich offer with the revamped design,” said Wayne Griffiths, Chairman of SEAT and CUPRA.
Cars will therefore receive a new infotainment system, new surface finishes and new interior materials are also a prerequisite. The cars also received a minor resurgence on the exterior, perhaps the most visible by far the headlights on the Arona’s front mask. But we will find out what it will look like in a few days.
The digital world premiere of the upgraded SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Arona will take place on April 15 at 10:00 (CET).
