Scientists have found that even 30 grams of fresh cheese is sufficient to positively influence muscle regeneration and accelerate metabolism, all thanks to casein (milk protein in dairy products and cheese).
Casein lasts longer and provides proteins with more muscle value for more hours, so the body does not have to take energy for its proteins, but it is used with carbohydrates and fats.
A good alternative is casein-containing protein shake if you have not eaten cow cheese for some reason. British researchers pointed out that the organism's response was very similar.
