In November, not only in Lithuania, but also throughout Europe, it is designed for the prevention of prostate cancer. This year, the three organizations came together with the goal of bringing the issue of participation of as many citizens as possible, as the men speak louder and active prostate cancer care activities. One of the most important is the final November event "Uava Runaway" for men, not just for men.
In Europe, prostate cancer was diagnosed at 450,000 today. men. The number of prostate cancer symptoms diagnosed in Lithuania is up to 500 Litvanya. Clustering in early stages does not show a clear symptom, so it is encouraged to perform a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test even when men feel great.
Pauls Rakštys, chairman of the Association of Prostate Cancer Treatment, believes that prostate cancer has been increasingly diagnosed at a young age, and therefore only older men should not worry about their health.
"Previously, due to this disease, it was necessary to check at the age of 50. Today, prostate cancer research should be done for more than 40 years. Especially family members are for those suffering from cancer," says P. Rakštys.
Every year in November, various activities are organized to encourage men to participate in PSA tests, not to be afraid to speak aloud about prostate cancer, and to encourage their health to look after their loved ones.
This year, the three organizations – Prostate Cancer Society, Bearded Novel and fled in the US – this year joined forces to create awareness about prostate cancer prevention.
The last one was held for the fourth year in a row and lastly held the November event celebrated. This event started with friend races and reached an annual tradition of hundreds of participants.

The interest in this event is growing every year. This year's route is being prepared at the Botanic Garden of Vilnius University on November 25th. It is expected to attract 500 participants. The initiative is supported by Ipsen and Sanofi pharmaceutical companies.
Not only men but also women and children were invited to the "Ufa Running" event. "We're waiting for everyone who can send me messages about preventing prostate cancer." After all, women and children can encourage their families to do research, "says Bacys.
