High temperature, shortness of breath, weakness, cough – these symptoms that develop very rapidly at the beginning are characteristic of lung carcinoma. Similarly, acute disease is also indicated by the fact that home conditions have not passed for several days, but the low untreated inflammation of the lungs can lead to a fatal outcome. "Euroapteka" pharmacist Ieva Zvagule explains why long-term coughing is to be taken very seriously and how to avoid dangerous pneumonia.
"Cough, chills, high temperatures of up to 40 degrees, headache and chest pain are concentrated during deeper inhalation – these symptoms, which do not go back in a few days, may indicate that the cold is actually a lung discharge and is not enough with normal cough syrup. medical treatment must be done, since the only way to treat diseases is to have antibiotics. The results can be fatal, especially for patients with young children, the elderly and patients with chronic diseases.
Only lungs should not be grown
In the autumn, when there is a cool and wet period, it activates different viruses and causes upper respiratory and lung diseases more frequently than other seasons. Lung carcinoma is often a complication of colds, bronchitis or other diseases caused by pneumococcal bacteria, which are frequently present in the airway mucosa. Although the majority of people are uncomplicated in the common cold, they should not be treated lightly.
Pneumonia is one of the most common diseases in which people suffer from all ages. Lung carcinogen also hosts a healthy microflora, but it breaks rapidly under favorable conditions and causes lung inflammation. "In every breath, a large amount of microorganism is released into the human body. Inflammation occurs when one of the respiratory protective devices is not working properly or when the number of microorganisms is very high, but the immune system is too weak to fight them." Such foci of microorganisms are untreated teeth, tonsils, nasal sinuses and other sources of inflammation. The particular risk group is those smokers whose lungs are already forced to withstand a large load. That's why it reminds pharmacists that their health should always be looked at. Cough syrup does not help treat stubborn tonsils, which can lead to more inflammatory processes in the body.
What can and should not be done with lung caress?
Cough is the most common symptom of lung carcinoma, but this is not always the case. Similarly, in the case of lung carcinoma, body temperature is likely to rise from 37.5 to 40 ° and even more. If this is a normal virus, the temperature will pass in four to five days or at least decrease. If this does not happen, you should definitely get medical attention. Your doctor will prescribe X-rays and blood tests to determine the C-reactive protein, which is usually evidence of bacterial inflammation and that will apply antibiotic therapy.
But there are things that can be done at home to go faster. Pneumonia is a disease that must be restarted but not necessarily in a hospital. If the person feels normal and the temperature is not too high, you can stay at home. In any case, it is advisable to roam around the house at times, because the lungs are better ventilated in the lying position. The lungs, for example, can be ventilated while blowing up the balloons, helps you get rid of sputum and don't let you get caught, but it's best to do this when a person is a little better. Respiratory exercises can be performed several times in succession by inhalation and exhalation. Be sure to use too much fluid to remove as much fluid as possible from your body – normal water and herbal teas, cranberry jerash, and other natural substances that we normally use when it is cold.
However, what cannot be done under any circumstances is the heating of inflammatory sites. In case of lungworm, forget about mustard patches as it may contribute to the formation of nettle.
Better not be sick
In order not to remain in the cold, it is very important to strengthen the immune system in a timely and rich diet, and by using natural immunosuppressants such as cranberries, garlic and other valuable natural grace. If necessary, you can purchase your diet in pharmacies by complexing vitamins, various vitamins and immunosuppressive nutritional supplements. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids – it is important not only in the summer heat, but also for regular meals, regular physical activity and very clean air.
Ieva Zvagule recalls: "It is worth keeping in mind the old, good facts. It is not advisable to keep viruses in public places and to participate in mass events. "If you have a cold, it is better to stay home for a few days and get well, to go to school or to work, to become more complex and to behave like a hero, coughing and sneezing."
