Mary Berry seen on Cork's British Market



BELOVED cookery writer and television personality Mary Berry surprised the stables and the public earlier today as she visited Cork's most famous food market, the English Market.

The former judge was shooting in the city when it was stopped by Ireland's oldest food market.

Famous fishmonger, K O 'Connell Fish Merchants Pat O' Connell, praised Mary:

"She was a wonderful woman and very aroused.

"It was a pleasure to chat."

By the way, Mary was once a fishmonger in her youth and the two had much to talk about:

"We had so much in common.

“We currently have a 250kg tuna at the stall, as you can imagine, it caught Mary's attention!”

The K O Connellers, who have been in operation for 57 years now, visited HM Duke of Edinburgh the most important HM Queen II during his visit to the city on Friday (May 20th). II. 2011.
