Asus is currently working on the successors of Zenfone Max Pro M1 and Zenfone Max M1 and Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2 respectively. Tipster Roland Quandt has published features of new smartphones on Twitter. He said these two devices were probably the variants of India.
According to Tweet, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 will feature the ZB631KL and will have a 6-inch full HD + display. Adreno will be supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with the 512 GPU. The device comes with 64GB / 128GB of internal storage along with 4GB of RAM. Tweet also mentions that the device will perform a triple camera setup with a sensor of 13MP.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 will have the model number ZB633KL. 6-inch full HD + screen will have. The device will be supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with Adreno 509. 32GB / 64GB internal storage with 4GB of RAM will come with. It will have dual camera setup with a 13MP sensor.

Asus recently made an over-the-air (OTA) update for the Zenfone Max Pro M1. The update brings Android's latest security package in October, along with specific bug fixes and performance improvements.
