Scientists from Zurich, Switzerland, used a study to examine how much weight people lose with programs that encourage careful and intuitive eating. They found 10 studies on the subject they summarized.
Researchers have seen: Compared to people in a control group, those who eat carefully or intuitively did much more. However, the dietary order of careful / intuitive eaters was as good as the diet sequences of those with a classical diet.
Scientists concluded that eating carefully / intuitively can be an easy and practical way to control a person's weight. Further studies should now discuss the long-term effects of careful / intuitive food.
