The National Intelligence Agency in Prague's Opletalova Street prepared a clear day for those interested. For the first time in hundreds of CTKs, the public was able to look not only in the Czech Republic, but in places where the media used the news. CTK's door opened at nine o'clock in the morning, and the last guests arrived until 15:30.

"We want to show the public how the agency worked before and now, what techniques serve journalists, and how our news room looks like the news." Said.

The Czech Press Office was established on 28 October 1918 in addition to the Czech Republic. The agency celebrates its centenary all year round. In addition to the open door day, for example, a photo exhibition of the Moments of the Century was prepared for the public. The Republic recalled 163 images from more than seven million archives in its history. The exhibition traveled throughout the towns of Czech and Moravian cities and is currently in Šumperk.

CTK has 250 employees with approximately 180 editors. Since 1993, it has been a state-owned institution that is separate from the state both economically and economically. CTK is not covered by the state budget or concession fees, and all costs are covered by news sales.

Last year, veTK had the revenue of 247 million crowns and made 8.7 million profit. The CTK Act, as a means of the functioning of the agency, does not provide profit for the benefit of the public. More than six hundred CTK clients provide text messages, photos, sound, graphics, video, and finally live video broadcasts. Every day more than 500 posts, more than 300 photos from their own production and published about a thousand photographs from around the world.
