Today, the provincial government says that all LCBO and Beer Store locations, as well as authorized markets and off-site winery retail stores can sell alcohol between 9 and 11:00 on Monday. seven days a week.
The extended hours were announced last month as part of the Progressive Conservative government's Fall Economic Declaration and will enter into force on Sunday.
In a tweet, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Michael Tibollo, said the change offers the Egyptians "improved choice, access and convenience".
Previously alcohol can only be sold between 9:00 and 11:00. Monday to Saturday and 11.00-6.00 on Sundays.
It is not known whether the new LCBO, Beer Store and markets will expand the store hours in the light of new rules.
