CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – International Space Station received two cargo deliveries within a record 15 hours.
A US commercial shipment came to the market two days after it exploded in Virginia. NASA Astronaut Serena Aunon Chancellor used the robot arm of the space station to retrieve Northrop Grumman's capsule. He was named after the Apollo 16 moonwalker and the first space shuttle commander, John Young, who died in January.
The German commander Alexander Gerst said, "Welcome, S.S. John Young!"
