Drinking coffee can reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

According to a study at the Research Institute in Canada, your morning coffee can protect you against the development of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Scientists, the morning of energy and attention, rather than the increase in the chances of good shake suggests. Coffee consumption is associated with reduced risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. The researchers wanted to investigate which compounds were involved and how they might affect age-related cognitive decline. The team chose to research three different types of coffee-light roast, dark roast and decaffeinated dark fries.

According to researchers, both caffeine and decaf dark fries had the same potency in our first experimental tests. Therefore, the researchers observed that the protective effect cannot be attributed to caffeine in the early stages. They then identified a group of compounds called phenylindanes, which emerged as a result of the roasting process for the coffee beans. The prevention, or more inhibition, of clusters of the two common protein fragments, which are common in phenylindanes, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, is unique because they are the only compounds that inhibit both beta amyloid and tau.

Here are some coffee benefits you should know:

  1. Coffee improves your physical performance. One hour before practice, you can have a cup of black coffee and increase your performance by 11-12 percent. Caffeine helps to increase the levels of adrenaline in your blood and prepare more physical effort.
  2. Caffeine in coffee can help fat cells break down body fat and use them as fuel for training.
  3. Coffee contains many antioxidants that fight against free radicals in your body and work as warriors fighting.
  4. It can also reduce the chance of developing type-2 diabetes. Caffeine reduces your insulin sensitivity and disrupts glucose tolerance, thus reducing your risk of type-2 diabetes.
  5. Coffee helps to focus and improve mental alertness. Medium coffee can only help you stay awake.
