A recent study has shown that the poor loans of Canadians have affected the mental health of the country. Sean Miller, executive director of the Center for Mental Health of Canada, explains how.
"Money responds to many problems," says Miller. "So, in order for this not to happen, there are certain things in your world that you may not have a solution for. And money is an amazing tool that allows us to do everything and everything that does not end. Do certain things in our lives."
Miller proposes pre-planning to overcome personal debt. He says that it is a forefront ready to spend a lot of money on a credit card instead of spending money on a credit card or on a bank card instead of a credit card. It adds age wisdom of living in your vehicles and may even increase your positive mental health status even under your means.
