Police were taken to a pedestrian hospital in a serious condition after a collision on Saturday evening.

Police removed a male pedestrian who was hospitalized after a collision close to the intersection of Sherbourne and Dundas streets on Saturday night.
Toronto police said he was called to the area after 6 o'clock. He was shot after crossing a pedestrian.
Police said the man, believed to be 60 or 70, was seriously injured.
The driver stayed at the scene.
Police said the roads in the region were closed for investigation, but the roads were reopened.
