Kabam, the biggest tenant of Center II, can benefit from many facilities, including the yoga room on the 29th floor, as well as the Skyline Rooftop Deck and fitness facility.

The new lease is part of Kabam's long-term growth plans. The company also has offices in San Francisco and Austin.
