The Supreme Court of Sofia quit the arrests of Pristina and Krassimir, who were charged with the murder of a 50-year-old man on the train. The decision of the appellate judges is final.
Zaprinka Georgi Argirov's lawyer said that, according to him, the court had co-operated with investigators who should be seen as a mitigating guilt situation. He also pointed out that his health was very bad.
On November 16th, the police stopped a train for a man with a knife in a wagon in the Vakarel region, then died. Men and women were detained for the murder.
