US company Nikola to present new hydrogen-powered truck model to European markets

Until recently, it was thought that the concern only produced its production for the US market, but Nikola is now expected to step into the European scene.

The company is currently demonstrating the One and Two models in this field, which are aimed at competing with the Tesla technology leader.

Currently, the third model in Norway, whose name is Tre (number three in Norway), is still a project with a long cover and an extra bed without extra bed.

The design of the machine is carried out in such a way that the exterior mirrors are replaced by cameras.

All the rear parts, including the wheels, are covered with aerodynamic panels.

The energy produced by chemical reactions charges the batteries into which the electric motor passes. Tre is expected to offer two versions of 6×2 and 6×4 and the total power is expected to be between 500 and 1000 hp.

The length of the machine is estimated to be 1200 km.

For now, it is known that the company will not be able to cope with the plan for the three trucks that will be available in 2020-2021 and for this reason, the date of the emergence of machines will be postponed for 2022-2023.
